Tucson Salsa

Salsa from Tucson is one of the best tasting salsa’s I’ve ever had. It’s comes out  restaurant style and you can give it a little kick w/ extra pickled jalapeno peppers.


  • 1 lime
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 large can of whole tomatoes
  • 1 small can of pickled jalapenos, carrots and onions (use wisely)
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Really easy…. in your processor add the juice of 1 lime and your garlic. Spin the blade! Then add your can of tomatoes and pickled mix. Spin the blade again. Add the cilantro and give it a final spin… you can also season w/ Salt and Pepper to taster if desired.
