Guacamole recipe meets The Apprentice! Check out G-Dude as he competes against a special guest to win over The Donald’s approval!

  • 6 avacados
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 yellow onion
  • Serrano Pepper to taste (Spicy!)
  • 3 limes
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • Scoop the avocados into a bowl. Mash them up leaving them a little chunky for attitude! Mince the garlic, finely chop the onion, chop up the serrano peppers (leave seeds for heat), finely chop the cilantro then put it all in the bowl. Add the juice of 3 limes, salt and pepper to taste…give it a good mix.

It is important to note that you should cover your finished product w/ plastic wrap, not over the container, but directly on top of the guac….Air is an avocado’s Kryptonite! Refrigerate for 1 hour then serve! Put it in a serving dish(s). Once in the dish add your chopped tomato as garnish.

This will serve 4 to 6 people.

Best served w/ homemade tortilla chips

Every time I make this Guac and take it somewhere it’s the only thing that is gone at the end of the night. Every single time this happens. I am taking it to a tailgate tonight and I’m sure it will go fast again. I also get at least 2 requests for the recipe. It’s awesome and simple.
