Brussel Sprouts; Fatty Cue style

The holidays are here…. I was actually thinking I had some time to hit the gym and get some exercise in before the Thanksgiving break, but what’s the use?  There is just too much to indulge in from today until brunch New Years day.

SO…when I came across a recipe for Brussel Sprouts and Bacon in the NY Times Dining Section I jumped all over it.  AND it’s true, pictures are worth 1000 words.  The photo of the dish stood out so here we are today with a recipe you can use on Thanksgiving or any other time you decide to set the table.
