If ever in New Orleans check out St. Joe’s Bar because according to Ray St. Joe’s is the place to go for a blueberry mojito..they make up to 14,000 blueberry mojito’s a year!!
Check out St. Joes!
One dude, blueberry mojito, flamingo glass, Fire Island. hmmm?
What’s the best way to make 150 of these at one time?
Also, if you throw mint leaves in the simple syrup while it’s boiling, you’ll get mint-infused simple syrup which you can keep in the fridge. It makes your next round of mojitos super easy to make.
